FEBRUARY SOCIAL MEDIA DATES

I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and enjoyed some downtime. I sure did! Lots of family time, food and skiing!

I have some exciting news to share! I recently onboarded a new assistant to help me out at Breeze! After a very busy 2022, I realized I can't do it all. With the extra support, I will be able to take on 1 new client this spring!

Before we get into February content planning, I wanted to share some tips on how to avoid social media burnout. I get asked this question a LOT! How do I personally avoid feeling the burn?

Here are a few tips that I find help me from falling victim to scroll exhaustion.

💫 Disconnect. I did this over the holidays and it was AH-Mazng! When I got back to social media, you all were still here!

💫 Set timers. If you wanna scroll through REELS, set a timer so you don't go overboard!

💫 Set boundaries. Try telling yourself no Tik Tok after 8 PM. This is one boundary I love/hate.

💫 Set up notification blockers. Do you really need to be alerted that your mom loved your recent post?

💫 Set social media time into your work hours and keep it short and meaningful. Maybe 10 min in the morning and 10 min in the evening.
